Description

Inspired by the tribute to Benoit Mandelbrot contest (gave me a reason to go back to the original, lovely mandelbulbs) I spent all weekend searching for a nice "RAW fractal" submission.

This image is a good old power 2 sine mandelbulb [link] sliced up at z=0 to reveal the beautiful mandelbrot-set hidden within. Straight out of Mandelbulb 3D, no Post-work!

As for the rules of the contest, there ARE several minibrots, even if you have to look close to see them. :)
